Job Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement :

Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them in making informed purchasing decisions.

Product Knowledge :

Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and usage.

Sales Targets :

Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Stock Management :

Ensure proper display and organization of products in the store; monitor stock levels and request restocks when needed.

Sales Reporting :

Maintain accurate sales records and report performance to the Sales Manager.

Customer Service :

Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.

Promotional Activities :

Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns to boost store sales.

Teamwork :

Collaborate with the sales team to meet company goals and improve store operations.
