Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through WhatsApp messages and calls.
Generate leads from social media platforms, targeting wholesale buyers.
Convert WhatsApp leads into qualified sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize and align sales strategies.
Ensure sales efforts are synchronized with ongoing online marketing campaigns.
Manage the end-to-end sales process--from lead generation to deal closure.
Handle multiple sales tasks while consistently meeting targets and deadlines.
Maintain daily sales sheets and performance reports.
Provide regular updates on sales activity and KPIs.
Organize and manage all leads systematically for high conversion.
Review and inspect sales tasks to ensure they meet customer expectations and company standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using
WhatsApp for business communication and lead follow-up
.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
Familiarity with maintaining spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking performance.
