Dyneton is a trusted channel partner of Alibaba.com, helping Indian exporters and manufacturers grow their businesses by tapping into global markets through the Alibaba.com platform. We empower SMEs to build digital storefronts, generate international leads, and increase exports.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard potential exporters, manufacturers, and wholesalers in Coimbatore for Alibaba.com's global B2B platform. Pitch Alibaba.com's Gold Supplier Membership and digital export solutions to SME clients. Conduct product demos, handle client objections, and close sales effectively. Guide clients on product listing, catalog creation, and optimizing their Alibaba.com storefront. Offer basic training on lead management and platform usage. Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale to ensure retention and satisfaction. Regularly report sales metrics and market feedback to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience:

1-4 years in B2B sales, especially with platforms like

Justdial, TradeIndia, IndiaMART

, or similar.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and digital product selling. Ability to build rapport with SME business owners. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
