Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic

Sales Executive

to drive business growth by actively seeking out and engaging potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tech solutions, a strong ability to communicate value, and the determination to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries. Present company services to prospective clients and develop business relationships. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. Generate leads, handle objections, and close deals efficiently. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Maintain CRM records and regular follow-ups with clients. Collaborate with the marketing and technical team to align sales strategies.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (IT industry preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
