Sales Executive

About the Role:

The ideal candidate should be energetic, approachable, and customer-focused. As the face of our brand on the shop floor, you will welcome and engage customers, deliver exceptional service, recommend products that fit their needs. Play a key role in driving sales while maintaining brand standards in presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Drive sales by providing excellent customer service and demonstrating strong product knowledge.

Maintain store inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed in line with brand guidelines.

Handle transactions, including payments and exchanges, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve individual and team sales targets while promoting brand loyalty and repeat business.

Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and daily reporting.

Keep up-to-date with new products, promotions, and store policies.

Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with a confident, customer-friendly personality

Should have flair for customer service

0-1 year of retail sales experience in Watches, Jewelry, Fashion Accessories or similar categories. Freshers may also apply

Background in Retail, Hospitality, or other customer-facing industries preferred

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)

Flexible and adaptable with working hours

Bachelor's Degree preferred
