We are looking for

dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives

to join our retail distribution team. This is a

field-based sales role

(not office work) where you will be responsible for expanding Yagyodaya's retail presence in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail shops, pooja stores, and general stores daily to introduce and promote Yagyodaya products. Build and maintain relationships with shop owners, distributors, and retailers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and ensure brand visibility at the store level. Collect market feedback and report competitors' activities. Manage and track orders, collections, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Minimum

1 year of experience

in

FMCG / retail / field sales

(preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must own a

two-wheeler

and

smartphone

. Strong desire to achieve targets and grow with the company.
