Mandatory

Requirements

? 1-2+ years of sales experience (Digital Marketing / IT / EdTech preferred)

?Must have your own client/lead database

?Must provide past sales proof (salary slip / offer letter / CRM screenshot / client reference)

?Must clear a 2-minute sales pitch test during the interview

? Must be able to close minimum 1 paying client this month

Responsibilities

Use your existing leads to bring immediate conversionsPitch Digital Marketing Services (SMM, SEO, Google Ads, Websites, ASO, Google Workspace, etc.)

Conduct sales calls, presentations, demos & proposal discussions

Follow-up via WhatsApp, Email, Phone & LinkedIn

Achieve monthly closure targets

Maintain daily sales report in Google Sheets

Compensation StructurePerformance-Based EarningsAttractive Incentives on Every Sale

Fixed Pay credited once monthly targets are achieved

Additional bonuses for high-ticket closures(Earnings are NOT capped.
