Position Overview
We are looking for a
dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive (Female Preferred)
who excels in communication and has a passion for helping students choose the right career path. The candidate will be responsible for converting potential leads (provided by the company) into successful enrollments through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students and explain the details of our educational programs.
Understand the needs of each lead and match them with suitable courses.
Create a sense of urgency and excitement about the programs to drive conversions.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure leads are nurtured and converted.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily progress to the team manager.
Maintain proper CRM records and handle student queries with professionalism.
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidate preferred
with excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Confident, convincing, and empathetic personality.
Prior experience in
counseling, sales, or telemarketing (education sector preferred)
