Sales Executive - HR Tech (Remote | Fixed Compensation | Freelance)

We are looking for a

Sales Executive

to support our Sales team, focusing exclusively on

new business development

within the HR Tech ecosystem, working with

job boards, aggregators and recruitment platforms

.

This is a

remote freelance collaboration

with a fixed monthly compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead generation and first outreach activities Manage early-stage sales conversations Present HR Tech solutions to potential partners Support onboarding during the first month Transfer acquired clients to the Account team

Requirements

1+ year experience in sales or business development Experience in HR Tech, recruitment platforms or job boards mandatory Fluent English Organized, reliable and proactive Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Compensation

Fixed monthly compensation: ?74,000 - ?84,000

, depending on experience No commission or bonus structure Long-term collaboration based on performance
