scale our direct sales efforts through a highly driven and customer-focused

Sales Associate

to join our remote team.

Role Summary

This is a

hot calling-based sales role

, perfect for someone who is persuasive, confident,

and enthusiastic about jewelry and customer engagement. You will be provided with

warm

leads

(no cold calling) and will be responsible for converting these leads into sales via

phone conversations.

Call potential customers who have shown interest in our products (via website, social

media, or inquiries).

Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable silver jewelry items.

Build rapport and provide a personalized shopping experience over the phone.

Follow up with interested leads to close sales and hit daily/weekly targets.

Coordinate with the order processing team to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Maintain records of customer interactions and conversions.

Report performance and feedback regularly to the team lead.

Basic smartphone or computer with internet access.

Available for daily calling and follow-ups as per assigned leads.
