This is a
remote freelance collaboration

fixed monthly compensation plus performance-based commissions

Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential partners in the HR Tech ecosystem
Present our solutions to job boards, aggregators and recruitment platforms
Support early-stage sales conversations and close new business
Assist during the initial onboarding phase
Hand over acquired clients to the Account team
Maintain a basic sales pipeline
Requirements
Previous experience in sales or business development
Experience in HR Tech, recruitment platforms or job boards is a strong plus
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Ability to work remotely as an independent contractor
Compensation
Fixed monthly compensation: ?20,000
Performance-based commission: ?8,000 - ?10,000 per new active client
No cap on commissions
Monthly payments
