We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling and are comfortable working remotely, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information over the phone.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Accurately document and track customer interactions.
Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and quality.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in telecalling.
Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge to track calls and input data.
Must be comfortable with the salary of ?15,000 per month.
