Matrix Infotech Solution is looking to build a high-performing sales team focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are confident, target-driven, and eager to grow in a performance-based sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Conduct product or service presentations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports
Track market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
Provide excellent customer support before and after sales
Contribute to pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and business growth initiatives
Requirements
Freshers can apply (training and guidance will be provided)
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of sales techniques is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Must be available for immediate joining
