We are looking for a proactive Sales & Lead Coordination Executive to handle inbound leads and manage ongoing communication with international prospects. This role requires strong english communication skills, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to guide leads through the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads via chat, email, and calls
Follow up regularly with interested prospects
Share program/service information clearly and confidently
Understand lead requirements and answer questions effectively
Schedule and coordinate sales or discovery calls
Maintain lead follow-up and communication records
Proactively move conversations toward closure
Ensure professional and timely communication at all times

Mandatory Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) - mandatory
Experience in sales, lead handling, admissions, or customer communication
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
Confidence in speaking with international leads
Organized, proactive, and results-driven approach
Experience in sales
