Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving customer acquisition, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, providing product demonstrations, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies and assisting with training to optimize team performance.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide solutions Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed sales targets Experience in Training team members to enhance performance and productivity Ability to work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with technology or software solutions is an advantage Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goal
