Telesales Executive - Teal&Terra

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Telesales Executive to sell our premium line of skin care and hair care products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness and the ability to effectively communicate product benefits to customers over the phone, guiding them toward personalized solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Consultative Selling: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to advise potential and existing customers on the best skin care, hair care, and beauty products tailored to their needs (e.g., addressing acne, anti-aging, hair loss, etc.).

Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all our product formulations, ingredients (e.g., Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C, Keratin), benefits, and application methods.

Sales Generation: Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas by effectively converting leads into sales, focusing on upselling and cross-selling relevant product lines.

Customer Education: Clearly explain the science and ingredients behind the products to build customer trust and resolve technical queries regarding skin/hair concerns.

Required Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree. A background in Cosmetology, Dermatology, or Beauty/Wellness is a strong advantage.

Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.

Key Skills

Product Advocacy: Genuine interest and enthusiasm for skin care, hair care, and beauty trends.

Empathy and Rapport Building: Ability to connect with customers, understand their aesthetic goals, and offer thoughtful recommendations.

Persuasion: Proven track record of influencing purchasing decisions and overcoming objections related to price or product skepticism.

Experience: 0-1 years in telesales, direct sales, or customer service, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industry.
