The Sales Executive will manage corporate leads, understand client sustainability needs, explain Grow Billion Trees' offerings, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. The role requires relationship-building, proposal preparation, and end-to-end lead management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Client Engagement
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated by marketing or research.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Regular follow-ups to convert prospects into confirmed projects.
Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with corporate clients, CSR teams, and sustainability partners.
Ensure high responsiveness and client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Organize client visits to project sites and build credibility.
Sales Reporting
Maintain CRM records, track lead stages, and prepare weekly updates.
Provide input on client needs and trends to improve product offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-4 years of B2B sales or partnerships experience.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
