Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

: Generate new B2B leads through both online and offline methods.

Sales Growth

: Achieve sales targets and expand business in terms of volume and value.

Price Negotiation & Order Confirmation

: Responsible for negotiating prices with clients and ensuring successful order confirmation.

Sales Strategy Planning & Execution

: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.

Team Leadership

: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support for their development.

Market Research

: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Product Knowledge

: Have strong understanding of food and feed additives products or chemical products.

Travel

: Travel to other cities and states as required for marketing purposes (15-20 days per month).

End-to-End Sales Activities

: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to order closure. Collection of payment on time from customers.

Event Management

: Plan and execute events, product launches, webinars, and trade shows to promote products and build brand loyalty.

Skills :-

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Open to Travel

: Flexibility to travel 15-20 days per month.

Market Knowledge

: Strong understanding of marketing activities, strategies, and trends.

Location:-Maharashtra, Odisha, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Gujrat And South India(any state)- 1 Candidate for each states

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
