This role supports high-stakes outreach and sales operations for an international aviation-media portfolio. You'll manage structured cold outreach, follow-ups, and workflow execution across email and LinkedIn. If you haven't done real sales work before, this is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
Run targeted cold email campaigns (research + outreach + follow ups)
Build and maintain email templates, sequences, and structured workflows
Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator lists, filters, and lead qualification
Track responses, escalate warm leads, and maintain clean CRM data
Create professional communication for global stakeholders (airlines, airports, OEMs, ministries, etc)
Prepare summary reports, outreach metrics, and action plans
Coordinate internally on client deliverables and keep follow-up cycles tight
Execute repeatable tasks with accuracy and speed
Required Skills & Experience
Proven sales or SDR experience (minimum 1 year)
Strong written communication for cold outreach
Solid LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach experience
Ability to create clean email templates and follow-up sequences
Organized mindset and ability to work independently
Fast learner who can follow structured workflows
Comfortable working with international clients and high-level executives
Creative, resourceful, and able to handle predictable daily routines
Work Schedule
Part time: 2-3 hours daily
Fixed monthly pay: ₹10,000
Performance-based increase after 60-90 days
