Job Title: Sales Executive - Foam Industry



Location: Amritsar, Ludhiana & Dehradun



Designation: Sales Executive



Salary: 20K to 25K/M



Required Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Freshers also can apply)



Job Summary:



The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and promoting foam products (such as PU foam, memory foam, rebounded foam, mattress foam, etc.) across various markets including furniture, bedding, automotive, and packaging industries. The role requires a proactive individual with strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories or segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and distributors. Present and promote foam products to clients, highlighting key features and advantages. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote the company's products. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure after-sales support.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales (preferably in foam, furniture, mattress, or related industries). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Good understanding of foam products, specifications, and applications. Willingness to travel extensively for client visits. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Valid driver's license (if required).
