Role Description:



This is a full-time, on-site role for a

Sales Executive (Backend and Field Sales)

based in

Bhunava, Gondal, Rajkot

. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.

The role includes handling sales inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order tracking (Backend Sales), as well as client visits, cold calling, and dealer development (Field Sales). The Sales Executive will play a vital role in expanding business opportunities and supporting OEM, domestic, and aftermarket sales operations.

Job Responsibilities:



Customer Relationship & Business Development:



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct

cold calling

to identify and generate new business leads. Follow up regularly with customers to convert inquiries into sales. Identify new business opportunities and promote the company's product range to OEMs, dealers, and end-users. Visit customers and markets to understand product demand and feedback.

Sales Coordination (Backend):



Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and maintain regular

follow-ups

with customers on pricing, order status, and payments. Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth order execution. Maintain updated customer databases, inquiry registers, and sales records. Assist management in preparing sales analysis and monthly reports.

Field Sales Operations:



Visit dealers, OEMs, and customers to promote products and strengthen relationships. Conduct

cold calls and follow-up visits

to expand customer base and improve brand presence. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.

Sales Target & Reporting:



Achieve assigned sales and collection targets on a monthly and yearly basis. Submit daily and weekly reports on sales activities, inquiries, and follow-ups. Update management on market performance, customer issues, and product opportunities.

Payment & Collection Follow-up:



Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy. Coordinate with customers and accounts for billing, payment confirmation, and reconciliation.

Coordination with Production & Dispatch:



Follow up with production and dispatch teams for delivery status and order updates. Ensure timely communication with customers about dispatch and logistics.

After-Sales Support:



Address customer complaints and coordinate with the quality and service departments for resolutions. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
