Description
As a Sales Executive at Innovins, you will be responsible for generating new leads, pitching our website, app development, and software solutions, and helping drive business growth. You'll be the face of Innovins for potential clients -- building trust, understanding requirements, and offering tailored digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and social platforms.
Present and pitch Innovins' services (web development, mobile apps, SaaS solutions, etc.) to potential clients.
Understand client needs and propose suitable digital solutions.
Follow up with leads, handle objections, and close sales.
Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipeline.
Collaborate with internal teams for proposals, estimations, and project onboarding.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
1-3 years of experience in IT sales or digital service sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of digital products like websites, apps, and SaaS platforms.
Comfortable with lead generation, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
CRM tools experience (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
