We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and have a passion for technology sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts, engaging with potential clients through outbound and warm calling, and leveraging CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively. Your ability to negotiate and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
Generate new leads and develop relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and applicators
Promote and sell our product range: tile adhesive, wall putty, block jointing mortar, etc.
Conduct site visits to explain product application and benefits to end users and site engineers
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory
Onboard new dealers and distributors; maintain strong follow-up for order generation
Coordinate with the logistics and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and payment follow-up
Provide feedback from the market and customers to management for continuous product improvement
Prepare daily/weekly reports of field visits, inquiries, and sales activities
Participate in exhibitions, product demos, and promotional activities when required
