Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

with proven experience in the

PET Preform industry

. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of PET preform products and processes, a strong network of industry contacts, and the ability to drive B2B sales with both existing and new clients. The candidate should be capable of independently handling sales cycles, from lead generation to closing, and should be proactive in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PET preform market (especially with bottling companies, FMCG, and packaging clients). Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and pricing strategies. Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and technical support. Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and quotations to clients. Follow up on payments and coordinate with the finance team for collections. Attend industry exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events to build brand presence. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience specifically in

PET preform

, plastics, or packaging industry. Strong understanding of PET preform applications, quality standards, and customer expectations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and develop markets. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:



Existing network in beverage, edible oil, or FMCG sectors. Familiarity with CRM tools and ERP systems. Ability to handle high-volume sales and work under pressure. Technical understanding of blow molding and injection molding will be a strong advantage.
