We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven Inside Sales Executive who thrives in a target-oriented environment. The candidate should have proven expertise in closing sales over calls and digital channels, with a passion for EdTech and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound & inbound calls, WhatsApp, email follow-ups, and demos.
Identify client needs and recommend EdTech courses or IT services.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.
Achieve and exceed sales targets & KPIs.
Maintain CRM/Excel for accurate tracking.
Work with marketing for lead nurturing.
Build customer relationships for repeat business.
Share market feedback to improve offerings.
Handle objections & negotiate deals.
Attend weekly reviews and training sessions.
Requirements
Proven sales experience (EdTech/IT preferred).
Strong ability to influence and close deals remotely.
Fluent in English and Hindi, with proficiency in other languages considered a plus.
Target-oriented with track record of meeting goals.
Tech-savvy: CRM tools, MS Office, online sales.
Self-disciplined, proactive & independent worker.
Strong presentation skills for virtual demos.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
