Key Responsibilities :



Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify and engage potential clients Generate high-quality leads through various channels including phone, email, and social media outreach Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline Present company products and services to prospective clients Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs

Essential Skills:



Strong cold calling abilities with excellent phone etiquette Proven lead generation capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Persuasive presentation and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
