Job Role & Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales on

Amazon platform

with prior experience in e-commerce sales. Convert premium customers to

SmartBizz

and handle transition from

Shopify to SmartBizz

. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral sales. Conduct follow-ups with potential leads and ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

Amazon sales / e-commerce platforms

. Knowledge of

Shopify

and transitioning customers to

SmartBizz

. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and online reporting.
