This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, building relationships, and earning attractive commissions through performance. --- Key Responsibilities Generate leads and acquire new enrollments for Syndicate Academy's stock market courses. Educate potential students about course benefits, structure, and career opportunities. Use calls, social media, and networking to reach prospective clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and corporate clients. Meet monthly sales/enrollment targets and report performance to the management. Represent Syndicate Academy with professionalism and integrity. --- Requirements Previous experience in sales / education / training / financial services preferred (not mandatory). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable solutions. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented. Familiarity with stock markets/trading will be an added advantage.
