About the Role The CTC AGENCY, a leading business solutions and recruitment firm, is hiring Sales Executives for reputed BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector companies. This role is ideal for energetic, target-driven individuals who want to build a strong career in sales, client relations, and financial product distribution. --- Key Responsibilities Acquire new customers and generate leads for BFSI products (Loans, Insurance, Investments, etc.). Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Explain financial products and services clearly to clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. --- Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred). 0-3 years of experience in sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply). Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
