Your Role - Sales Executive (B2B & D2C)
We're looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to grow our B2B and D2C presence through strategic partnerships, direct sales, and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:B2B Sales & Corporate EngagementPitch and close corporate tie-ups for healthy hampers and wellness gifting.Drive corporate subscriptions for clean meal plans.Build strong relationships with HR, admin, procurement, and wellness teams.D2C Sales & Lead ConversionEngage and convert hot leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.Upsell subscriptions and combos based on customer preferences.Ensure a high-touch, personalized customer experience.Outreach & Lead GenerationReach out to leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn.Manage sales pipelines and update CRM/sales trackers regularly.Cross-Team CollaborationWork with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.Coordinate with the operations team for seamless deliveries and client fulfillment.Event ParticipationRepresent Cherry Merry at pop-ups, wellness fairs, and corporate events when required.Be a strong brand advocate with great storytelling skills.
Who You Are:1-3 years of experience in B2B/D2C sales (FMCG/food/wellness preferred)Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skillsComfortable with LinkedIn, cold emailing, and digital salesSelf-starter with a go-getter mindsetBonus: You believe in clean eating and are passionate about wellness!
