: Mid-Range Sales Executive(Real state)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mid-Range Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will handle property sales across the UK and Dubai markets, support clients through their buying journey, and contribute to our overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage leads, conduct client consultations, and understand buyer requirements. Promote mid-range residential and investment properties to UK-based and international clients. Build strong relationships with UK-Asian community buyers and maintain excellent client service. Arrange property viewings, virtual tours, and coordinate with developers or sellers. Present property options clearly, negotiate offers, and close sales professionally. Maintain CRM records, track leads, and meet monthly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches in the UK and Dubai.
Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of sales experience (real estate preferred but not essential). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand diverse client needs, especially within the UK-Asian community. Confidence in presenting to clients both in person and online. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital marketing is a bonus.
