Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (calls, social media, site visits, etc.) Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers. Conduct site visits and provide detailed property information. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the CRM and marketing teams for smooth client handling. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. --- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident, motivated, and target-oriented personality. Knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage. Must have own vehicle (preferred).
