Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, site visits, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
Present, promote, and sell residential/commercial real estate projects effectively.
Handle client inquiries professionally and provide suitable property options.
Coordinate with clients for property site visits and project presentations.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain proper documentation of leads, prospects, and sales in CRM/software.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in sales, real estate, or customer service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a good team player.
Strong presentation and convincing skills.
