Job Responsibilities
? Generate and qualify leads from various sources, including online portals, cold
calls, and on-site inquiries.
? Conduct site visits with prospective clients, effectively showcasing the
property's features and benefits.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive sales
experience.
? Present and negotiate offers, finalise agreements, and assist clients through the
entire sales process.
? Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the management.
? Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and the competitive
landscape in the Dehradun real estate market.
Qualifications and Requirements
? Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.
? A strong understanding of the local real estate market in Dehradun is preferred.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Must be a target-oriented and self-motivated individual.
? Ownership of a personal two-wheeler is mandatory for conducting site visits
with clients.

7. Salary The salary for this position ranges from ?10,000 for freshers to a maximum of
?30,000 for experienced candidates, based on their experience and performance. The
role includes a strong component of performance-based incentives tied to monthly sales
targets.
