Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and walk-ins
Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closures
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales
Stay updated on current real estate market trends and competitor projects
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of proven experience in real estate sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to convince and close deals
Customer-focused approach
Willingness to work on targets and incentives
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Experience in residential or commercial property sales
