to join our growing team and be a part of our exciting residential and commercial ventures.

Role & Responsibilities



Engage with potential homebuyers and explain project features, pricing, and benefits. Build strong customer relationships and guide clients throughout the sales journey. Conduct site visits and convert leads into bookings. Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on leads. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements



Education:

MBA (Mandatory).

Experience:

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales/real estate is an added advantage.

Skills:

Strong communication & presentation skills. Customer-focused with a persuasive approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
