Working Days: 6 days a week (Week off: Tuesday)Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PMRole Overview:We are looking for a driven and well-groomed Sales Executive to be stationed at our villa project site. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in the real estate space, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.Key Responsibilities:

Make introductory calls to new leads and prospects shared by the back-office team.

Follow up with existing leads to schedule and coordinate site visits.

Engage and assist walk-in customers and channel partners during their site visits.

Follow up with visited leads to set up price discussions with the Sales Head.

Keep lead records and visit statuses updated in the CRM regularly.

Provide timely updates and coordinate with the sales manager at the back office.Requirements:

Prior sales experience is a must. ( Min 1 year )

Familiarity with Hyderabad's real estate market is essential.

Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred.

Well-presented, energetic, and eager to learn.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn through performance.Compensation:

Fixed Salary: ?25,000 - ?35,000 per month ( exp : Min 1year )

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on closures

Support and training provided by the back-office sales team
