We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team and drive property sales through effective communication, client handling, and a strong understanding of the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into property sales.
Conduct site visits and property showings for prospective clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with clients regularly to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, property details, and competitors' offerings.
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and events.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Proven experience in selling properties along the
Jaipur Line
is highly preferred, as our target market includes buyers familiar with this area.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of the local real estate market in Jaipur and the surrounding areas is an added advantage.
Ability to handle multiple clients and follow up diligently to close deals.
