We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Sales Executive

to join our

Real Estate Sales Team

.
The ideal candidate will have at least

2 years of experience in property sales

, strong communication skills, and a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle walk-in clients and inquiries for residential/commercial properties. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and follow-ups. Conduct site visits with potential customers. Maintain relationships with clients and provide after-sales support. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for property promotions.

Required Skills:



Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of local real estate market Goal-oriented and self-driven personality Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
