Arya Bhangy Builders is looking for an experienced and dynamic

Sales Executive

to promote and sell our premium residential projects at Vyttila. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with reputed builders and strong customer handling skills.

Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in customers and site visit inquiries Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans to clients Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings Coordinate site visits and client meetings Maintain customer database and sales reports Work closely with marketing and CRM teams

Requirements:

Male candidates preferred Minimum

3-4 years of experience

with premium real estate builders Strong communication and negotiation skills Candidates from

Ernakulam and nearby areas only

Salary:

?25,000 - ?30,000 per month + Incentives (based on performance)
