Position Summary
We are looking for an
experienced Real Estate Sales Executive
who can generate leads, meet potential buyers, conduct property presentations, and close sales for our luxury apartment and villa projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and follow up on leads from online portals, walk-ins, and referrals
Present and explain our luxury apartments and villas to clients
Arrange and conduct site visits
Negotiate and close property sales
Maintain relationships with clients for future referrals
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain records and reports of sales activities
Requirements
1-3+ years of experience
in real estate residential sales (mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle clients independently
Professional, confident, and target-oriented
Knowledge of local real estate market
