ob Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate
Location: Mohali
Salary: ₹25,000 - ?35,000 per month (plus incentives)
Job Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on sales leads for residential and commercial projects
Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Handle negotiations, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and documentation processes
Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activities
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and customer-focused approach
Ability to work on-site and in-office
