Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through calls, networking & referrals
Connect with clients, understand their property requirements
Conduct site visits, explain project details & benefits
Handle end-to-end sales - from first contact to deal closure
Maintain & update lead data in CRM / Excel reports
Follow up regularly with potential buyers and ensure conversions
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns & inquiries
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & convincing skills
Willingness to travel for site visits & meetings
Proven sales ability with a target-driven mindset
Proficiency in Excel / CRM / Google Sheets
Real estate industry experience preferred
