Job Description

Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to prospective customers. Conduct property site visits and provide excellent client service experience. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional events. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, prospects, and sales using CRM tools. Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the management.
