Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, site visits, referrals, online platforms, brokers, etc.).
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable property options.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong follow-ups with potential buyers and nurture relationships.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports and client databases.
Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
