WE ARE HIRING JOB DESCRIPTION Designation:-Sales Executive :Real Estate Location:-Nashik Salary:-20,000-30,000 Experience:- 2-4 Years

  • Minimum 1+ years experience in Real Estate as Sales Executive.
Language:-English , Hindi , Marathi Education:-
  • Relevant fields of study include business, marketing, finance, economics, or real estate.
Skill:-
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using real estate management software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
Responsibility:-
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand clients\' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.Provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties and market trends.
  • Property Promotion: List and promote properties through various channels (websites, social media, advertisements, etc.).
Conduct property showings and tours for potential buyers.Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including brochures and listings.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, prices, and competition.
Analyse market conditions and provide insights to clients.Identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Draft and review purchase agreements, contracts, and other necessary documents.Ensure smooth closing processes and address any client concerns.
  • Compliance and Legal Knowledge: Adhere to all real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Maintain a thorough understanding of legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Targets and Reporting: Set and achieve sales targets and goals.
