Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert walk-in, site-visit, and referral customers into sales
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects clearly to clients
Conduct site visits and follow up with prospective buyers regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain proper customer records, follow-ups, and sales reports
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and documentation teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
Handle customer queries and resolve objections professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in real estate sales.
Freshers may apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach with persuasive abilities
Basic knowledge of property documentation and sales process
Comfortable with field work and site visits
Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM systems is a plus
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in selling apartments, shops, plots, or gated communities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
