Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in clients and explain project details clearly.
Conduct site visits and convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain lead follow-up records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide accurate information regarding pricing, inventory, and offers.
Assist clients with booking formalities and basic documentation.
Coordinate with CRM and internal teams for post-sales activities.
Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Ensure professional and smooth customer handling throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel and MS Word
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
Experience in real estate sales is an advantage
