The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for selling residential or commercial properties. The role requires an energetic, target-driven professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
Lead Generation:
Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, marketing activities, and channel partner engagement.
Inquiry Handling:
Respond promptly and professionally to all sales inquiries (online, walk-in, phone, etc.).
Client Consultation & Site Visits:
Qualify client needs, provide detailed information about projects, and schedule/conduct property site visits, effectively highlighting the features and benefits of the property.

Sales Conversion:
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals by effectively presenting proposals, handling objections, and closing sales deals.
Documentation & Process Management
Negotiation:
Conduct price and contract negotiations with potential buyers to secure the sale while maintaining company profitability standards.
Documentation:
Assist clients with necessary sales documentation, including booking forms, agreements, and legal paperwork, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements (e.g., RERA).
Collection:
Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, client interactions, and sales progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Market & Customer Relationship
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on current real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the local area.
After-Sales Service:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure a smooth closing process and generate referrals.
Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with the Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline the sales and closing process.
3. Required Skills and Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of proven experience
in sales, preferably in the
Real Estate
industry.
