Role Summary

You will be responsible for driving business growth in the real-estate vertical by generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals for properties handled by Visko Real Estate. The role involves field work, client meetings and working closely with marketing & sales teams to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify prospective clients (buyers, investors, tenants) for residential/commercial projects in Indore (especially Nipania, AB Road, MR11, bypass areas). Outreach: Cold-calls, networking events, referrals, digital outreach to build a strong pipeline. Client Engagement: Meet clients, present property portfolios, understand their requirements (budget, location, timelines), and align suitable options. Site Visits and Closures: Coordinate & take clients for site visits, liaise with developers/owners, negotiate terms, and drive contract closure. Maintain Database: Update and maintain CRM / lead-tracker with client interactions, follow-ups, conversion stages. Market Intelligence: Monitor local real-estate trends, competitor offerings, pricing, regulatory changes in Indore/Nipania region and feed insights to management. Collaborate with Marketing: Work with the marketing team for property campaigns, brochures, digital listings, open houses, and events. After-Sales Support: Ensure smooth handover/possession, assist clients post-sale/lease, maintain long-term relationships for referrals. Achieve Targets: Meet monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, site visits, deals closed and revenue/conversion metrics.
Requirements / Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Real?Estate, or equivalent. Experience: 0-3 years (preferably) in real-estate sales or business development; freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation & persuasion. Self-motivated, target-oriented and ability to work independently. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM. Basic understanding of real-estate concepts (site visits, property documents, lease/sale contracts) is a plus. Local knowledge of Indore (especially Nipania, AB Road, bypass areas) is beneficial. Willingness for fieldwork and client visits (local travel within Indore).
Salary & Benefits
